Palmyra Primary School Win the A and B Division of Primary Schools Carnival

Netball

Melville SHS hosted the annual years 4 and 5 Primary School Netball Carnival last Thursday 2 August. Netball Specialist Students from years 9 and 10 coached each of the teams, umpired and managed the running of the carnival.

The Melville SHS girls were great role models for the young ones and the social competition revolved around sport being fun. WA Fever player Shannon Egland is teaching at the school at the moment and was there to inspire and advice.

In A Division Palmyra Primary School were first and Richmond Primary School were second. Caralee were edged out by Palmyra in B Division.
